Lathing and Milling

Equipment used for lathing and milling consists of Soviet-made machine tools of type 16K20, 1M63, 1M63 as well as CNC machine tools, and German-made NEF320, 520 machines by Gildemester.

Soviet milling machines have table dimensions for parts up to 400*350*300 mm. Processing capacity of CNC machines, depending on complexity of parts, is in the range from tens to hundreds of thousands a month.

Imported equipment is of special interest.

Pikomaks is a three (-five) coordinate milling machine with maximum part dimensions of 300*500*300 mm. It can be used to make complex form, bulky parts, for example electrodes for Roboform machine. Production precision is 0.02 mm.

High-precision, coordinate-based milling machines of type Pikomaks 51-DC or Mikron allow milling of parts with precision by axes up to 0.02 mm.

Lathe Metalworking

Our specialists lathe metals to make parts of desired form and of desired precision. Highly qualified lathe operators can perform lathing of any complexity.

The company has several types of lathes:

  • Universal lathes of type 16К20, 1М63
    Geometric parameters of parts to be processed on universal lathes: diameter up to 400 mm and length up to 2.5 meters.
  • Russian-made lathes with CNC
    Geometric parameters of parts to be processed on universal lathes: diameter up to 250 mm and length up to 1.2 meters.
  • Lathes by a German company «Gildemester»: NEF320, 520.
    Geometric parameters of parts to be processed on universal lathes: diameter up to 250 mm and length up to 1 meters. It should be noted that the quantity of parts processed on machine tools with CNC, depending on part complexity, is in the range of tens to hundreds thousands a year.

Milling Metalworking

Milling is a typical, high capacity method of processing metal parts.

Milling can be done on horizontal, vertical, and angled surfaces, producing ledges and grooves of different profiles. Our specialists do milling using blueprints and samples of clients with required quality control.

Our milling equipment is represented by the following machines:

  • Russian-made milling machines
    have tables for maximum part dimensions up to 400*350*300 mm.
  • High-precision, coordinate-based milling machines of Pikomaks type
